These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://www.snowsy.com.au and related public communications provided by Snowsy Software (ABN 47 427 764 843) under the Snowsy Software brand.

1. Website purpose

The website is provided for general information about Snowsy Software, our products, and our software engineering services.

Content on the website does not by itself create a consulting engagement, project acceptance, delivery commitment, or guaranteed availability.

2. Enquiries and discussions

If you contact us through the website, that starts a discussion only. Any paid work, scope, pricing, timeline, support level, or deliverables must be agreed separately in writing.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or malicious content;
  • attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or infrastructure;
  • interfere with the website, forms, analytics, or security mechanisms;
  • copy, scrape, or reuse website content in a way that is unlawful or harmful;
  • upload or submit malware, spam, or harmful automation.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, branding, copy, layout, and original materials made available by Snowsy Software remain our property or are used under licence.

You may browse and reference the website for normal informational purposes, but you must not reproduce or republish substantial parts of it in a misleading or unauthorised way.

5. No professional advice

Website content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.

If you need advice for a specific situation, you should obtain appropriate professional guidance based on that situation.

6. No blanket guarantee

Any comments about delivery, remediation, quality, architecture, reliability, or launch readiness depend on the actual systems, access, documentation, constraints, and risks involved at the time of review.

Nothing on the website should be treated as a universal promise that every project can be solved within a particular budget, timeline, or delivery model.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may reference or link to third-party services, platforms, tools, or websites. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or conduct of third parties.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snowsy Software provides the website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its public content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

9. Tech Mentor consultation fee credit

Subject to these Terms, 100% of the fee paid for the most recent completed Tech Mentor Session may be credited against fees for Snowsy software project takeover and remediation or custom software development that relate to the same project discussed in that session, are confirmed within 30 days of the consultation, and have a minimum subsequent project value of AUD $2,500. The credit is not cumulative and does not apply to Tech Mentor sessions, software health checks, ongoing engineering support, third-party costs, or other ineligible services; it cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred, and a cancelled project does not create a cash refund or credit. It generally cannot be combined with other offers.

10. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on https://www.snowsy.com.au with a revised last updated date.
